The goals of the Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences are:
- Prepare students to demonstrate competency in the essential aspects of allied health sciences while meeting the needs of the healthcare workforce.
- Develop skills in team-building, critical thinking, cultural competency, and effective communication.
- Instill appropriate attitudes and foster effective growth in providing high-quality patient care and responding to the needs of a diverse service population.
- Promote professional growth and lifelong learning.
