KPSAHS Tuition and Fees

Tuition

Please see the KPSAHS Program of your interest for tuition information.

The registration period for imaging and treatment programs coincides with the week of final exams and continues through the last day of the inter-quarter break. Student must pay all required tuition and fees for the subsequent quarter during the registration period to remain enrolled in their program. Payments may be mailed to KPSAHS at the main campus or made in person. Payments made in person may be check, money order, visa or mastercard. Payments made by mail must be check or money order only.

Students accept all responsibility for mailed payments. KPSAHS assumes no responsibility for lost, late, or undelivered payments. Students will not be enrolled in the new quarter if payment are not received by the indicated due date.

Tuition Refund Policy

Any student who finds it necessary to withdraw from a KPSAHS educational program is eligible for a partial refund of students paid tuition. The refund amount is determined by the cost of contact hours completed subtracted from total tuition paid. This amount will be refunded to the student within 30 days. Any student who has completed more than 60% of the program is not eligible for a pro rata refund.

Books, fees, and liability insurance are paid directly to the Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences.

Financial Aid

Tuition Assistance and Forgivable student loans are available through the Kaiser Permanente Tuition Assistance Loan Program. All questions regarding the Tuition Assistance program should be directed to their toll-free hotline at (866) 232-2934.

Qualified students may be eligible for assistance through the Workforce Investment Bureau. Inquiries should be made directly to that agency.

Notice of Cancelation

Students may cancel their enrollments in the Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences, without any penalty or obligation during the first 5 (five) days of the first quarter of enrollment. When enrollment is canceled following procedures within this policy, any payment made by the student shall be refunded within 30 days following receipt of the written request to withdraw from the program.
